Ehret is an award-winning poet and one of the founders of Sixteen Rivers Press. From 2004-2006, she served as Sonoma County Poet Laureate. Lucky Break is her third book of poem. Wegener is a poet and educator. Her works have appeared in numerous prestigious journals as well as in a chapbook titled, Lifting One Foot, Lifting the Other. Tonight please welcome two internationally acclaimed poets: Nickole Brown and Judy Grahn. Brown is a poet, editor and producer. Her newest book of poems is Sister. Brown has received numerous awards and grants, and her work has been featured in prominent national and international journals and reviews. Grahn is a poet, activist and artist. She has published numerous books, including Another Mother Tongue, The Queen of Wands, and A Woman is Talking To Death. Grahn also edits and publishes her own essays in Metaformia: A Journal of Menstruation and Culture.
